At Skipple we like to keep things simple. We offer four core services
to suit your IT needs as well as providing adhoc consultancy when required.
Standard Service
Access to our dedicated remote helpdesk - You will have a technician on the end of a phone should any problem occur. Our technicians can analyse and quickly resolve over 90% of problems without even visiting your office. If we need to access your systems to fix the problem we use the latest technology to gain remote access to your servers and desktops.
Proactive maintenance - Besides making sure that all your software is up-to-date, we help tackle the day-to-day IT issues that could cause problems if left alone.
Documentation and reviews - We make a commitment to document all of your IT systems and keep this information up to date. Additionally, we schedule regular review meetings to assess issues and future direction.
A dedicated team - You will be assigned a team of technicians that know
you and your systems inside out so they can quickly resolve issues and
give advice on your future needs. If we cannot fix the issue remotely
we will send a technician to be on-site within 8 hours (charges apply).
Enhanced Service
On-site technician within 8 hours - This is the standard offering together
with enhanced support for your company servers. If we are unable to fix
a server issue from our remote helpdesk we deploy a technician to your
site within 8 hours to fix the problem at no extra charge.
Premium Service
On-site technician within 4 hours - All of the benefits of the standard service but we guarantee that if we cannot fix the problem with either your servers or desktops through the remote helpdesk, we will have a technician on-site within 4 hours at no extra charge.
Guideline documents - We provide a comprehensive set of documents for internal use on HR, internet/email usage, disaster recovery procedures and many others.
System audit - A full audit of all your IT systems, monitoring your mission
critical servers plus regular engineer visits keep your systems up and
running.
Team Assist
This option is aimed at the business who already has an IT resource on staff. We will work with your IT contact(s) closely, enabling them to utilise our skills, and allowing you to feel confident you have support and cover for holiday and sickness.
We are always there for advice and guidance as well as providing overflow cover via our remote helpdesk when required. We provide the same level of documentation and standards as we do with our other offerings, in doing so providing a comprehensive support network for your IT resource.
