Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

For you to be eligible for payment in the referral scheme:

1. The party being referred must not be:
a. Currently contracted to Skipple Ltd.
b. Previously contracted to Skipple Ltd.
c. Currently or have been in negotiations with Skipple Ltd.

2. Where the company is referred by more than one person, we will operate a first come first served policy. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases, that your referral has already been made by another party.

3. Payment under this referral scheme will only be made once a contract has been signed for a support agreement and the client has remained under contract for a minimum period of 6 consecutive months.

4. All referrals from individuals working for clients of Skipple Ltd. will be subject to written approval from their employers.

5. You will be responsible for any dealings with the Inland Revenue regarding your incentive and tax due, if any.

6. The referrer confirms; the contact name, address, telephone number and email address via e-mail or letter, of the proposed company, prior to the receipt of the referred company’s details.

7. In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Skipple Ltd.’s decision will be final.
